Design and sourcing

The first step is to meet with customers to discuss their requirements and make recommendations.  In addition we work closely with Willbond Bathroom Centres who are able to assist with design and product ideas. They have an excellent showroom at Ilkeston Road, Nottingham with lots of Bathroom, Ensuite and Cloakroom ideas. We will provide a free estimate for the work and are happy to refine this as plans and ideas change. We prefer to source equipment for customers, which means that we will take responsibility for managing the order and dealing with suppliers on any product issues. If you prefer to source your own bathroom equipment we are happy to fit it for you, but please note that if there are any issues with the product it will be your responsibility to resolve these directly with your supplier and you may incur additional fitting costs.

Normally we include the cost of fitting tiles in our estimates, but not the cost of the tiles themselves as the price will vary significantly depending on customer choice. There are a number of links below to tile suppliers in the area which we use on a regular basis. If you select the tiles that you want after visiting one of the showrooms we can arrange purchase, which will usually be at a trade discount.

When reviewing the estimate we provide please consider the following:

● The equipment you have selected. Good quality cheaper alternatives may be available if the estimate is above budget.

● Make sure you are comparing like for like on any estimates.

● Compare the estimate to your budget and discuss any concerns with us.

Installation

Once the scope of the work is agreed we will manage the entire project. We can provide all of the trades required for a full bathroom refit:

● Electrics

● Tiling

● Joinery

● Plastering

These trades are either provided directly by our staff, or by other tradesmen who we will supervise. We only use time-served individuals who have proved themselves on previous work they have undertaken for us.

It is not possible to anticipate everything on a specific job. However if any unforeseen issues do arise during the refit we will discuss these with you straight away to agree the best way forward.

Only once the work is completed and you are satisfied with the work we will ask for final payment, for which we now accept Debit and Credit Card. You will then be sent a confirmation of your Buildings Regulation Compliance Certificate, where appropriate (see link below for more information about compliance with Building Regulations).
